Ben Lasslet
Store Manager

Ben Lasslet is originally from Michigan but has called Alabama home for 16 years. In his 13 years at FTG, he most enjoys taking care of customers and matching them with a flooring to fit their lifestyle. Ben has been married to Patricia for 15 years and enjoys golfing and getaways in his free time.

Bobby Higginbotham
Warehouse

Bobby Higginbotham is our warehouse man and has been at Floors to Go for six years. He enjoys working in our large warehouse with good equipment, having a clean store, and likes the camaraderie with his coworkers.

Bobby is originally from Gadsden and lives in Sand Rock, AL. He's been married to his wife Kay for 26 years and enjoys his grandchildren, motorcycles, golf, hunting, and Alabama football. Roll Tide!

Chip Jancsek
Project Manager

Chip Jancsek has been a salesman and project manager at Floors to Go for three and a half years. He is originally from Florida. After moving several times while his dad was in the Navy, they finally settled in Lincoln, AL, and he currently calls Oxford home. Chip enjoys working with people to help them transform their homes and design new areas.

Chip has been married to Gracie for 12 years. He enjoys spending time with her and their three children, hiking, watching his kids play sports, and building farmhouse furniture.

Cole Sterling
Director of Inventory Control

Cole Sterling is from Sand Rock, AL, and is the Director of Inventory Control. Cole has been with Floors to Go for 3 1/2 years. He enjoys the challenge of keeping up with hundreds of square feet of inventory and making sure everything is where it needs to be. Most of all, he likes working with the great staff at Floors to Go.

Cole has been married to Julie for one year and enjoys off-roading, hunting and anything outdoors.

Gracie Jancsek
Director of Online Marketing 

Gracie Jancsek is from Oxford, AL and has been the Director of Online Marketing since March, 2016. What she loves most about her job is the creativity it requires, taking photos of customer jobs, and the family atmosphere among co-workers.

Gracie has been married to Chip for 12 years, and they have three children, two dogs, and way too many cats! She enjoys being active and spending time with her family.

Jeff Blackburn
Project Manager

Jeff Blackburn is originally from Rock Falls, IL, and moved to Gadsden with his family in 1973. Jeff has worn many hats in his 11 years with the company and is currently in sales. He likes working at Floors to Go because it’s a great company and very people oriented. He enjoys helping families create a comfortable environment in their homes.

Jeff has been married to Jennifer for 10 years and enjoys photography, vintage audio equipment, and computer graphics.

Justin Camp
Director of Operations

Justin Camp grew up in Gadsden and currently calls Oxford home. He's held several positions in his nine years with the company and is currently the Director of Operations. Justin enjoys being able to keep the store neat, organized, and clean so every customer can have a pleasurable shopping experience.

Justin has been married to Brandi for nine years and enjoys playing sports with his two boys during his free time.

Steve Camp
Project Manager

Steve Camp is from the Anniston area and has been a salesman at Floors to Go for five years. He enjoys helping people make their homes special and loves how Floors to Go is a very employee-oriented company. Steve has been married to his wife Lina for 21 years.

Dawn Edwards Black
Customer Service Representative

Dawn joined our team in July, 2017. She is originally from Weaver, AL but has lived on the Gulf Coast since 1999 and recently returned to Weaver in December, 2016. Dawn loves being a part of the hardworking team at FTG, with great customer service support and management. She likes to spend her free time with her dogs Maggie and Molly, hanging out with family and friends at the lake, and doing arts and crafts.
